Pierre-François Ouellettte art contemporain est fier de présenter en première ontarienne, à Art Toronto, une sélection de photographies de Phyllis Lambert, architecte, activiste, photographe et commissaire, récipiendaire du Lion d'or de la Biennale de Venise pour l'ensemble de ses réalisations et fondatrice du Centre canadien d'architecture Phyllis Lambert. Cette sélection révèle son regard inquisiteur des années 1960 à nos jours et s'inspire de l'exposition organisée par Adad Hannah, en écho à la monographie Observation Is A Constant That Underlies All Approaches publiée par Lars Müller Publishers (Zurich) et recensée en août dernier par le Globe and Mail.

Pierre-François Ouellettte art contemporain is proud to present the Ontario premiere at Art Toronto of a selection of photographs by Phyllis Lambert, architect, activist, photographer and curator, recipient of the Venice Biennale Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement and founder of the Canadian Centre for Architecture. The selection reveals her inquisitive gaze from the 1960s to the present day and is based on the exhibition curated by Adad Hannah, echoing the monograph Observation Is A Constant That Underlies All Approaches published by Lars Müller Publishers (Zurich) and reviewed last August by the Globe and Mail.

Adad Hannah dévoile en première mondiale une série de sculptures en bronze inspirée de Guernica. Alma Mikulinsky, PhD, discute des idées de la série Guernica Redux dans la description de l'oeuvre ici. PFOAC est heureuse d'avoir aidé l'artiste à produire cette série en collaboration avec Equinox Gallery (Vancouver) Stand C30 (notre voisin!). Vous pourrez ainsi voir les cinq oeuvres constituant la série à Art Toronto!

Adad Hannah unveils the world premiere of a series of bronze sculptures inspired by Guernica. Alma Mikulinsky, PhD, discusses the ideas behind the series Guernica Redux in the description of the work here.
